Microsoft 365 upgrade

As announced earlier, older versions of Microsoft Office no longer support full functionality connecting with Outlook to Exchange Online (part of Microsoft 365).

To maintain full Exchange Online functionality, currently installed versions of Microsoft Office should be upgraded to Microsoft Office 365.

Blocking unauthorized access

To enhance our data and cyber security, in the near future we will block all access to the Institute network by means of Peer to Peer (P2P) tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk and the like.

Box & Dropbox pricing

Due to a change in the pricing policies of the companies, the internal charges for Box & Dropbox will be changed as of October 1, 2022. Every registered user (not only group-heads) will be charged 20 NIS/month, which is significantly lower than the individual published price. These charges will be updated annually beginning on January 1, 2024. Please review your usage and plan accordingly.
