The Weizmann Institute is offering a development opportunity for women at the beginning of their PhD (first and second year).
The workshop will address the demands of carrying out tolls for an effective PhD and offer training in leadership skills.
About the workshop
The workshop focuses on identifying your priorities and developing practical tools to manage them effectively;
Developing credibility and gaining respect through demonstrating confident attitudes and dialogue;
Building a career strategy underpinned by clear thinking about future possibilities and adapting values
to your life stages.
The workshop will be led by two professional trainers and is limited to 16 participants
The workshop is free of charge and includes
Transportation from WIS to the hotel and back
Overnight in Twin rooms at the “Neve Ilan” hotel
All meals and coffee breaks
