The purpose of the workshop is to provide tools, precision and refinement of the role of the mentor and to deal with the challenges that the role raises.
In the meeting, we will offer a refinement of the essence and purpose of the mentoring process, a conceptualization of the important functions of listening and empathic stabilization, learning about the mentor needs and challenges in the process so far and for the future, and thinking together about effective mentors that will advance the mentoring process.
