Brazil in the spotlight

This year’s International Board was a very special one for the Brazilian friends, both because of the unprecedented number of friends in attendance and also because Mario Fleck, President of the Brazilian Association of Friends, received a PhD honoris causa, the highest honor bestowed by the Weizmann Institute.

Other Brazilians who have received this honor include Adolpho Bloch, Dra. Regina Feigl, and Samy Cohn.
