Scientific Director

Looking for a scientific director to lead the company’s R&D efforts. 

Responsibilities
Full oversight, planning and management of the company’s experiments work plan, including budget, timeline and personnel
Manage and partake in field work required to gather scientific data in hatcheries and broiler farms. Substantial portion of the position will revolve around this effort
Work with a team of research assistants to plan and execute the company’s scientific efforts
Develop academic relations to enhance the company’s product portfolio
Engage with scientific authorities from commercial parties related with the company
Work on the company’s regulatory affairs alongside the management team

Requirements:
Ph.D. in molecular biology / organic or medicinal chemistry / pharmacology / poultry science / veterinary
Substantial experience working with animals
Experience in developing large-scale experiments and in experiment oversight 
Hands-on approach to experiment execution 
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ambition and enthusiasm to work on the development of novel solutions
