Systems Immunology
Standing at the intersection of Immunology, Biochemistry, and Proteomics, our lab studies proteostasis regulation in cancer and immunity. We focus on elucidating regulatory mechanisms involving the ubiquitin-proteasome system in biochemical, cellular and physiological aspect in health and disease. Our group combines immune-proteomics, cell biology, biochemistry and in-vivo models to reveal new control mechanisms across different models. We combine our expertise to gain insight into basic questions in proteostasis, develop cutting-edge technologies and to transform our ability to analyze the proteomic landscape and translate our findings into clinical applications to promote human healthÂ
