Computational biologist

Our ERC-funded project studies the dynamic cancer heterogeneity and cell-cell interactions in the tumor microenvironment. We are looking for a talented computational biologist for cancer proteomics analysis and development of computational methods for single cell proteomics and proteogenomic integration.
