New Culture Plates

For total of 200ml:

1. 10ml of 3.6g NaCl in 50ml DDW
2. 0.9g Bacto Agar
3. Add DDW up to 100ml
4. Heat in microwave
5. 30' in 49° bath, also heat 100ml thin albumin in bath
6. Combine both solutions while on stirrer and put 2.5-3ml for each plate
