Each sample contains a compressed zip file with one or more sequencing files in fastq format.
These files contain the sequencing of TAP-treated (TAP+) and not-treated (TAP-) combined. The sequencing reads can be sorted to the TAP+ or TAP- sub-samples by a sequence of a tag in the 5'-end of the read.
