Each file is a compressed (gzip) file with the reads of one or more samples in fastq format.
In the 5'-end sequencing files, the files contain several samples, with the sequencing of TAP-treated (TAP+) and not-treated (TAP-) combined.
The sequencing reads can be sorted to their samples and to the TAP+ or TAP- sub-samples by a sequence of a tag in the 5'-end of the read.
The whole-transcriptome samples do not contain tags and each file represent one sample.
