I am a Senior Research Fellow, and Head of the Electron Microscopy Unit at the Weizmann Institute of Science. The EM Unit website describes the scope of our activities and our capabilities.
My research interests are in 3D visualization of cells and macromolecules by cryo-electron microscopy, and currently am focused on developing cryo-scanning transmission electron tomography (CSTET) for probing structure and chemical composition of intact, vitrified prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
