The 2018 Staff Scientists Retreat will be April 29th at Havat Alenby in Netzer Sereni.
A few important details:
- We have a full day and it is crucial that we will all get there on time! Therefore, for those who plan to join the buses from the institute, they will leave at 08:00 at the latest. Latecomers will have to arrive to the venue independently! For those arriving independently – you don’t want to miss breakfast.
- Each of us is asked to prepare a short presentation on his/her research. We ask that:
- The presentation will not be longer then 5 min.
- The presentation will be in English.
- The presentation will be in chalk talk format (i.e. not a PowerPoint presentation, but drawing on a flipchart if necessary).
- For those with stage fright, if you don’t want to present this time, hopefully next time you’ll be the first to volunteer…
- Please bring your cellphone fully charged. We will document ourselves during practice for self assessment.
