Method Specification
Measuring the 1D spectrum of different nuclei with a wide range of frequencies such as 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 31P, 11B, 183W, etc.
To increase sensitivity and to improve spectral resolution 1H decoupling can be added (zgpg, zgig).
In 1H spectra, solvent suppression can be applied by using different methods such as Presaturation, Watergate, etc.
2H NMR can also be acquired by using a protonated solvent, without locking and shimming and chemical shift referencing cannot be performed in the traditional manner.
