Method Specification

Homonuclear interactions such as 1H-1H can be measured by different experiments:  

  • COSY or TOCSY can show correlations through bond and NOESY or ROESY can reveal correlations through space. 
  • Heteronuclear (1H-13C, 1H-31P, 1H-15N) through-bond correlation can be measured by HSQC, HMQC (short-range couplings) or HMBC (long-range couplings)
