תיאור המשרה:
  •  .We are looking for a Research Assistant- 10K Project- For the Department of Computer Science & Applied Mathematics
  • .Responsible for the biobank infrastructure, including sample processing and storage instrumentation and software for sample tracking and archiving
  •  .In charge of all sample processing procedures of the biobank
  •  .In charge of materials and samples quality assurance. Constructing and maintaining a periodic quality control plan, including risk assessment
  •  .In charge of accessioning and archiving quality assurance
  •  .Contribute to developing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, technical notes, and guidelines
  •  .Coordinates and ensure the integrity of data and samples
  •  .Responsible for procurement of required devices and interaction with relevant suppliers
  •  .Work in close cooperation with the clinical study management team
  •  .In charge of delivering samples on demand to researchers and collaborating scientists worldwide
  •  .Responsible for training and guiding the technical staff in sample handling and storage
  •  .Responsibility for compliance of the biobank and the team with the institution’s rules for safety and ethics
השכלה וכישורים נדרשים:
  • .The candidate will have a degree in biomedical science, MSc. or PhD, and expertise in processing human samples for biomolecular analys
  •  .Able to communicate effectively and interact professionally with the management, coworkers, clinical researchers, etc
  •  .Exceptional in analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • . Has great project management skills and can prioritize work efficiently
  •  .Excellent written and verbal communication skills – proficient in both written and spoken English and Hebrew
  • . High proficiency in standard software and the ability to learn and utilize computer programs as needed
