The final session of Bold program - closing event

The final session of Bold - In this session, we explored various types of intrapreneurship within organizations that can lead to unique careers and enhance career development by boosting an individual's visibility and gaining recognition from management and peers.
Our very own Sharon Fireman shared her intrapreneurship journey at TEVA, where she created the company's first crowdsourcing platform to address unsolved challenges significantly impacting the company's performance.
Michal Daniely shared with the students her story of developing a product based on her knowledge and understanding of the microbiome, exemplifying how to create a “startup” within an organization.

The Closing Event
At the beautiful Lopatie Hall, we hosted an exciting cocktail dinner!
We were honored to have with us all the people who supported and participated in our program: the lecturers, panelists, and advisors who volunteered to support our students.

A special thank you to Prof. Irit Sagi, whose unwavering support and vision made this program possible. Many thanks to Michal Preminger for her support and insights for the program.

We also want to thank all the women who came to the program, shared their knowledge, and inspired us. You are all great role models for us.

Thanks to the 23 women, all in senior positions, who are part of our “Board of Mentors” initiative for volunteering to support and advise our students.

Finally, the 15 incredible students who joined the program. We know you will have successful and meaningful careers that will surely impact Israel for the better! We believe in you!
