Inorganic nanotubes

Electronic measurements of nanotubes are of great interest for fundamental understanding of the physical phenomena in quasi-one-dimensional systems as well as the possibility to fabricate new electronic devices based on these nanotubes.

This project focuses on surveying the transport characterizations of inorganic nanotubes, such as WS₂ and MoS₂, synthesized by the group of Reshef Tenne at the Materials and Interfaces Department here at the Weizmann Institute.
