Our lab operates two fully functional scanning SOT microscopes which operate at 4.2K and 300mK. In addition, we have a number of characterization setups, including one in a dilution refrigerator capable of reaching temperatures as low as 8mK. We have our own fabrication clean room facility with three evaporators and an optical lithography mask aligner. In addition we have ready access to SEM, FIB, AFM, e-beam lithography and more. We also enjoy the dedicated service of the Weizmann Institute Helium liquefaction center, the highly advanced CNC mechanical workshop, an electronic workshop and other research support facilities and services.
