One of the greatest challenges that faces many outstanding woman scientists that wish to become a PI in Academia is uprooting their families to embark on a postdoc abroad.
The office for the Advancement of Women in Science and Gender Equality is happy to invite you and your spouse to an evening of wine & cheese to directly hear the perspective from female scientists and their spouses who have made the decision to go on a postdoc outside of Israel.
This is also an opportunity to discuss similar concerns with fellow female PhD students and their spouses.
