This time, we will host Prof. Julia Chuzhoy! 

She will join us with her personal journey, and you are very welcome to ask any questions.

Brief Bio: Julia Chuzhoy is a Professor at the Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago. She also holds a part-time appointment at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Chicago.
She has completed her Ph.D. at the Computer Science Department at the Technion, with Seffi Naor as her advisor. She has spent three years as a postdoc: at MIT (with Piotr Indyk and Madhu Sudan as my hosts), at the University of Pennsylvania, (host: Sanjeev Khanna) and at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton (Avi Wigderson's group). She has spent a great year in 2018-2019 as a Weston visiting professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at the Weizmann Institute of Science.

We’ll meet at 13:00-14:00, food will be provided by the department (This time we will have Hummus and Falafel). We will meet at the Kimmel conference room :)
