Instrument Specification
Axio Zoom V16 (ZEISS) is a motorized fluorescence stereo zoom microscope for Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM). It is equipped with Zen software that allows multi-channel fluorescence, Z stack and time lapse imaging, in addition to tiles and positions recording.
It allows fast and precise location of points of interest and coordinates that can be correlated with scanning electron microscopes.
