The RX DeskTom micro CT instrument is designed to take medium resolution tomographic X-ray images of samples up to 20 cm in size. It completes the high-resolution Xradia instrument by offering scans with higher speed and larger field of view. With this instrument, 4D images of slow processes can be obtained.
