There are some important safety considerations that one should be familiar with before using lasers, in order to protect the user’s eyesight. For more information please see the WIS's Safety Unit on Lasers.
Training in laser safety by the Weizmann Institute’s Laser Safety Officer is required before working in the lab. Please schedule a training session prior to starting to work in the lab.
