The size and shape of Jupiter
Using Juno radio-occultation measurements, we precisely redefine Jupiter’s size and shape at the 1-bar level, finding radii smaller than long-used Voyager/Pioneer values and constraining atmospheric winds above the clouds to be largely barotropic.
