Population health requires a holistic, quantitative and bottom up approach that can provide physicians and researchers with a principled strategy for understanding patient trajectory from health to disease potential and toward bona fide disease. In this paper we present a first-of-its-kind multi-variate model for healthy patient trajectories in lab-test space, utilizing a unique and extensive longitudinal EHR dataset to set the stage for future and advanced precision health.
