Yoel Lachish

Member of Kibbutz Givat Brenner. Joel played the violin since the age of 12 in a youth orchestra of the kibbutz movement and a local chamber orchestra. At 21 years old, he started to play the viola. In 1970, he participated in founding the "Kibbutz Chamber Orchestra" and played in it for two decades. In the following years, he played in amateur chamber music ensembles. In 2023, he joined the Weizmann Institute orchestra, where he enjoys playing with young and cheerful musicians.
