Upcoming Workshops
Title: Introduction to RNA splicing analysis using MAJIQ and Voila

This workshop will have two parts:
Part one is intended for biologists interested in alternative splicing analysis. It will include:
- Introduction
- MAJIQ modules: Build, Quantify & Visualize
- Additional tools: MAJIQ- spel & MAJIQlopedia
Part two is intended for an audience familiar with Unix commands, for a hands-on session running MAJIQ / VOILA commands. It will include:
- Connecting to accessv01 using Mobaxterm
- Running Quantification command (psi , deltapsi)
- Running interactive visualization command (voila view)
- Running voila tsv – to create a file output.
